Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information. Here is a direct link.
Yes! Simply login to your Dineplan account, select "Profile" in the menu and then choose "Upgrade Plan" under the account settings. There you'll see your upgrade options. We bill any mid-month upgrades on a prorata basis. Here is a direct link.
We cancel your account at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you sign up on 15 May and you cancel your account on 20 November, you will have access to your Dineplan account until 15 December – the end of your billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rata refunds on cancellations.
Currently, we only offer monthly subscription. You can upgrade or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.
While we are confident that you'll find lots to love about Dineplan, if you're not happy with your account, just contact us within the first 60 days and we'll gladly refund your money. Please note, refunds can not be issued after your first 60 days of use.
